My Journey...
My story began with a life-changing event. The founder of happy heart happy life survived a widow-maker heart attack at 44 years old. This close brush with death inspired a passionate commitment to heart health. Through extensive research and experimentation in the kitchen, I discovered that eating heart-healthy doesn't mean compromising on flavor. My recipes are a testament to that belief, designed to help others avoid a similar fate by making positive, delicious changes to their diets.
